FRS SERVICE is specialized in CO2 high pressure system service. With our specialized technicians we can perform annual, 2/3 yearly 5 yearly, 10 yearly inspection, commissioning on all types of vessel.

During the 10 yearly inspections, also flexible hoses have to be replaced (IMO MSC/Circ. 1318 Rev. 1).

We are able to supply tailor made approved hoses, test them with Classification Society and replace hoses on board. We can also supply spare parts of most world’s manufacturers.

20 Yearly inspection :

As per latest IMO MSC Circ. 1318 rev.1, from may 2021, 100 % of CO2 cylinders must be hydrotested at 20 years inspection. FRS SERVICE can provide up to 100 cylinders hydrotest per day (refill is not included), following manufacturer’s guidelines for spare parts replacement. Loan cylinders available.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform annual and 2 yearly inspections on CO2 Low pressure systems. We can also provide service for refrigerant compressor, including repair and gas refill.

Our Company is also able to refill CO2 tanks, through our filling factory and his truck set up only for this purpose. We can also supply spare parts of most world’s manufacturers.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform annual and 2 yearly inspections on Dry Powder firefighting systems. Our services include also Dry powder Humidity content test, as required 2 yearly, nitrogen cylinders supply, hydrotest and refill of nitrogen cylinders. We can also supply spare parts of most world’s manufacturers.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform annual and 5 yearly inspections on Deck foam system. We also supply Foam concentrate test with (due every year), Produced foam test (due every 5 years) and we may supply approved foam compound for all fire fighting applications. We can also supply spare parts of most world’s manufacturers.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform periodic inspections and maintenance on most of breathing air compressors. We can perform air quality test directly from the compressor, perform the annual maintenance which will keep your compressors well running and perfectly safe to be used.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform periodic inspections on medical portable oxygen sets, and centralized medical oxygen systems.

We deal with internationally well known brands like Kidde Fenwal, Nobel, Ansul, Unitor Desautel, Minimax Gmbh. Our services are including periodic refill and hydrostatic pressure test.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform annual and biannual inspection on all kind of NOVEC 1230 3M™ / CLEAN AGENT FIXED GAS EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS. In our fully equipped workshop, we can service cylinders, perform hydrostatic pressure test, overhaul cylinder’s valves.
Thanks to our equipment, we can re-use all extinguishing agent that it is still inside the cylinder, including nitrogen. This means lower costs and reduction of gas release into the atmosphere. With our system, not even a drop of gas is lost.

FRS SERVICE technicians are trained specialist to perform hydrostatic test and refill on all kind of high pressure and low-pressure cylinders.  In our facilities we can refill a wide range of gases: Co2, Breathable air, Nitrogen (up to 300 bar) HFC227 (FM200), Inergen, NOVEC 3M™.

Thanks to our 6 cylinders hydrostatic test ramp and our steam dryer, we can perform up to 100 cylinders hydrotest in one day. This will full fit our customer needs that usually are looking for super-fast services, due to strict ship’s timings.
